NC Demos Blog Hop: Stamp and Punch Bundles

Today I’m Blog Hopping (one of my favorite things to do) with the NC Demos group and we’re all so glad you are here! My fellow North Carolina Demonstrators and I are excited to feature Stamp-Punch Bundles. You might have arrived here from Tracie Evans Langley’s post, but if you are just popping in on here, thanks for stopping by! The Stamp-Punch Bundle I chose to feature today is the Let’s Set Sail Bundle. This bundle includes the Let’s Set Sail stamp set and the Sailboat Builder punch:

Here’s my card:

The card base is actually a ready-to-go card base from the Heart & Home Suite, Heart & Home Memories & More Cards & Envelopes pack. Here’s what the pack looks like and it includes 20 cards and envelopes in 2 different sizes:

The striped Misty Moonlight card base is a perfect pairing with this bundle.

I also wanted to show you a tip for quick stamping and punching when you’re using a builder punch.

First, use the punch to make a template out of scrap paper:

Then, using the Stamparatus (or eyeball it) use the template to guide your stamping.

Finally, place the stamped piece into your punch and it should line up perfectly!

Then build your card front.

For this card, I embossed the sentiment in white embossing powder, and also used the Gentle Waves background stamp.

When adhering the sails, I used a combination of glue dots and dimensionals so it makes each sail bellow like it’s in the wind:

So much fun! I love this bundle and will be making more cards with this for sure.

  1. I love this card and your color combinations you used! I don’t have this set yet but you’ve made me
want to push it to the top of my list 😊

  2. Kelly I usually get all the punches, but I didn’t get this one. Having just recently gotten the Gentle Waves stamp set. I guess I really need this punch and stamp set. Your card is fantastic!
