Today I’m hopping with my Stamping with Friends Group and the theme today is “A Bouquet of Flowers.” May is a time for flowers and to me, flowers and May also means Mother’s Day. Today is bittersweet for some whose mom’s are no longer with us. I am blessed to still have my mother — and now close by since she recently moved to NC from PA! How lucky am I? I hope she doesn’t read my blog today because the Petal Pink version card is hers.
Today I am using the Bouquet of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder and it’s a 2-for-1. With all the focus on the new Annual Catalog, the current Jan-June 2022 Mini Catalog products might be feeling a little shoved to the back of the stamp closet. But not today! This amazing product was pulled out, dusted off, just for this occasion. This gorgeous 3D embossing folder comes with coordinating dies – and you can nest the big heart right in the folder so you emboss and die cut at the same time. Hence, two projects for one!
Here’s a look at this product from the Stampin’ Up store:
Let’s take a closer look at each card:
The sentiments (outside and inside) are from the Flowering Tulips stamp set. The little flowers and leaves are from the Bouquet with Love bundle. Aren’t they adorable? And of course, this holiday calls for some bling, and the new Iridescent Rhinestone Basic Jewels are absolutely perfect because they can be Petal Pink or Fresh Freesia (or really whatever color you put them on!)
Keep hopping along to see my other friends’ projects – we have a talented list of ladies here and I have no doubt you’ll be inspired. Full Roll Call is below, or click below to move along Tricia’s blog.
Happy Mother’s Day to all of you moms out there (human or 4-legged!) and I wish you the most wonderful day! Kelly
