Thanksgiving Eve, and I have started to bake and cook. My little family is going to feast. Feels silly to go to all this great lengths for just 4 people, but we are sad we aren’t with my family (for the first time, in a very very long time) and decided we wanted the table to resemble the Thanksgiving meal we are used to sharing with my parents, brother, and his family. Besides, the comment from my oldest “What? We aren’t going to have Great Grammy’s Baked Corn?” is what got me…so here we go.
Today’s project features the Harvest Hellos stamp set and the Apple Builder punch. I love this set and having a coordinating punch is always a good thing. I used this set a few weeks ago using the apple image, see my post for World Teacher’s Day. Below is a card I made using the same design, but hte pumpkin image instead:

(Note the apple stem and the apple leaf on the pumpkin card–that’s because I was on a roll of stamping punching with my punch that I forgot to turn my stamp around and use the other leaf!)
Here is a Thanksgiving version of this stamp set:

And, of course, using up all that Plaid Tidings patterned paper–what will I do when this catalog is over and we don’t have the plaid anymore? I think I’ve used it in every project this week!
