Stampin’ Up!’s Season Sale is going on right now, and ends tonight at 11:50 PM (Mountain Time – 1:50 AM for my local friends) and this is a great time to stock up on cardstock (10% off), ink pads (15% off), and dies (20% off). There are a number of standalone dies that don’t come with a stamp set that I believe are must-haves in your collection.
Picture This Dies are a MUST. I’ve posted projects on here using these, including this one, but if you want to see them all go to the search bar at the bottom and do a search for them. Here’s what they look like.
Another are the Basic Border Dies. A MUST. I haven’t posted many projects using this die, so adding that to my content list for December, but here’s a fun Halloween card using the rick rack border. One thing I love about these is just like the Picture This dies, they are stitched.
Finally, a MUST MUST MUST have are the Tailor Made Tags
dies. HOLY. I use these a lot…didn’t even realize how much I would use them. Here’s a recent post where I used the largest tag as my focal point. Below is a photo of the tags. Even at full price, these dies are worth it, but if you don’t have them already, $17 and change is a steal.
I signed up to make tags for Thanksgiving pies for my boys teachers and these dies make that project go much faster! (These also use the Sweets & Treats stamp set).
