It’s time for another Blog Hop! I’m hopping with my Stamping With Friends group and we are all making Valentine’s Day Cards. I’ve posted a few Valentine’s Day cards on here using the Sweet Talk Suite and for today I decided to use a set that we wouldn’t normally consider a “Valentine’s” set — the Calming Camellia from the Sale-A-Bration brochure. This gorgeous set is available FREE as a Host Reward if your hosted party is $300 or more. So gather your friends, or get out your FULL wish list and let’s get ordering!
Be sure to check out the roll call at the bottom of this post so you visit all the blogs. Click the “Next” button at the end of this post to continue on the Hop to Diane’s post!
I have two projects today using Calming Camellia:

Two completely different looks, but both using that GORGEOUS (yes, this calls for all shouty caps) flowering camellia. Both of these cards I could see sending to a dear friend (Galentine’s Day!) simply to say hello and let her know how much her friendship means to you.
Let’s start with the one on the left. This card is actually the Case the Catalog Sunday from last week that I never posted (#CTC352 – CASE Mini Catalog). I CASE’d the card on page 36, just stepped up a little bit. Here’s a close up of the front, and a pic of the inside:

The 2nd card, I used Magenta Madness, black and white. Wowzers — the photos do not do it justice! Note: this pattern of DSP is coming soon!! It is from a 6 x 6 paper pack called All Together that will be released to customers starting February 1st. This paper pack will be part of a collection called All Together that will feature a new stamp set and dies, as well as an exciting new range of natural Stampin’ Blends that will come in browns and blushes. I love this pattern with the little white hearts on a black background. Here’s a close-up of the front (left) and the inside (right).

Don’t forget to stamp your envelopes!
Please take a few minutes and “hop along” in the Blog Hop so you can see even more Valentine Card ideas. My talented friends will not disappoint you! You can follow along by clicking on the links in the Roll Call below, or click the “next button” here:

Great cards Kelly, I think my favourite is the softer more muted pink x
Beautiful, I always forget to stamp on my envelopes/
Sometimes I do as well and then pull out some DSP to cover the flap. 🙂
Oh my! Such a beautiful card!
Lovely cards x
Thank you!
Both of these are lovely! I am partial to the card made with Blushing Bride though. I love soft colors. And that stamp! It’s perfect!
Thank you so much! (and I like the Blushing Bride one better I think too!)
Gorgeous cards! Love both color combos. I have to ink up that stamp. Thanks for the inspiration.
The stamp is so pretty. Have fun with it!
These are soooo pretty xx
Thank you!!
Both are very pretty cards. TFS!
