With so many weekend trips this summer, it’s been a while since I’ve participated in a challenge by the CASE the Catalog Sunday (CTCS) group. This week’s challenge is to CASE a card in the Love, Thanks & Support section of the Annual Catalog (pages 56-77). Here’s the card I CASE’d:
Given this is Day 2 of my “Christmas in July” 15 days of posting, I of course chose a Christmas bundle to feature, and gravitated again to the Sweetest Christmas Suite of products from the July-Dec Mini Catalog. Here’s my card:
I love this suite of products and love how this CASE turned out. The font in the Sweet Candy Canes stamp set is so beautiful. I love the Merry & Bright in the background on the Petal Pink cardstock. I also used the Real Red Glimmer paper behind the candy canes to add a little pop of sizzle. And, speaking of the candy canes, I didn’t stamp these. I used the Candy Canes Dies and the Sweetest Christmas DSP – the candy cane dies cut out the canes on the patterned paper — love that!
The Garden Green ribbon is gorgeous as well. And of course, I added a few embellishments, the adhesive-backed Seasonal Sequins that also come in the Suite.

Love this greeting from the stamp set. And, I love how this card uses only a few products – so incredibly simple!
