Today I’m blog hopping with my fellow Demonstrators through Kylie and Bruno Bertucci’s Training Program Hop featuring customer thank yous. I’m “delightfully” grateful for my customers, and excited to show you this month’s thank you card! If you’re new to my blog, I love blog hops – for two reasons. One, it holds me accountable to participate and share my creations with all of you, and two, because my customers and followers get to click on to see even more creations to get inspired. My whole purpose of doing this blog and sharing my projects is to get you crafting! You bought all the product, now use it. Sometimes easier said than done, and I know sometimes I need an inspiration “burst” to get me going, and that’s exactly what Blog Hops can be. So, be sure to click along at the bottom of this post to view other projects and get inspired!
Okay, on the the card(s). I made one card using the Delightfully Eclectic designer series paper and the Delightful Doily Hybrid Embossing folder:
This card uses 4 1″ x 5 1/4″ strips of the DSP, I die cut the doily from the Delightful Doily Hybrid Embossing Folder bundle and stamped a sentiment from the Timeless Arrangements stamp set, added some Pealized Enamel Effects and Iridescent Rhinestone and voila! Well, then I had extra DSP strips left over and I wanted to see what else the Delightful Doily could do so I just started to create. Here’s the full group of cards:
Aren’t they great! And they’re each so different. I used these three sheets from the DSP as my color palette:
This paper pack is AMAZING. I know I say this about all designer series paper packs, but I really really really mean it with this one. I love every single sheet in here (and come on, the yellow polka dots are kinda my thing!) and there is so much you can do with this paper. For these cards, I wanted to use the yellow polka dot sheets, and complimented that with the Bubble Bath pink stripe sheet and the Misty Moonlight florals. Love it! PS — this paper pack is on sale until June 30. Shop my store to get some!!
Okay, now let’s talk Doilies…You may have missed the Delightful Doily Hybrid Embossing Folder in the catalog as it is a “stand alone” die bundle found on page 163. If you haven’t tried these Hybrid bundles yet, you need to pick on up for your collection. I know they’re a little expensive, but so worth it — and the Doily is so versatile! I ended up creating more cards because I wanted to use every bit of that embossed cardstock.
Who loves this color combination!?
Let’s take a closer look at each card:
And, don’t forget about the inside of the cards:
I hope you like these cards as much as I do. Enjoy hopping through the rest of the Blog Hop using the Roll Call below!
Happy Stamping! Kelly
